Download Unpacked Legacy Mrs Files???

I decided to go with their stuff, WizKid states to go to this link:

and download all the unpacked .mrs's
but, keith stated the encryption code is "18 03"
so, whats so special about the unpacked .mrs files?

nothing really, just alot of premiums and customs, if you ever played LG back when it was Kiez's server then you would know how many items they had xD (it was alot, I believe over 100 items and such)

Use any launcher and the debugged runnable, so it works..
