    Dual Dagger 80% done Help! finish last 20%

    okay got dual daggers in my server they can do alot of stuff ect but i keep getting the attack thing wrong ive tryd putting dualdagger dualkatana katana dagger dagger01x2 daggerx2 not this is weapon"dagger" area which is the attack paterns it does everything fine but when it comes to attaacking its wrong so c an anyone help me finish my last bit of info needed

    Pretty sure the weapon type is nonexistant, which is why everyone insists dual daggers are not fully coded.

    your incorrect code in you see use daggerx2 to put dagger01x2 with this to solve the problem

    the elu files of dual dagger doesnot exist, but when you put in doublekatana. The animation are correct, but only it attacks like an kodachi.

    And making the animation i think its impossible

    lol i have done it before so have many others

    unpack model.mrs and edit weapon.xml

    make a copy and make a dagger line and put dagger01x2 where it says dagger01

    No one gets credits, NO ONE Has helped me with dual daggers. This was my very own code and no one should be able to say its theirs.

    I know, but on other ways it wont work with misses or wierd animations, the same is with the dual giant swords.

    And you need to put in the information for dagger01x2 into your weapons.xml

    animations for dual daggers never existed, because maiet is mean and wont give us animation editing xD.
    But there is a weapon code that i will post here:
    dualdagger
    thats the correct weapon type, looks all correct expect it attacks like kodachi without block, i prefer just using "dagger".
    EDIT: And if u can edit/code/debug, RoA has a a topic telling u that animations do exist, and u can fix them, if u get it PLS share... ty

    you can have compete animations if you use them as kodachi's but you can change their attack style
    by editing weapon.xml you can make dual daggers:
    block flip normal kodachi attack (basicly kodachi's)
    block and normal attack (no flip)
    normal attack and flip (no block)
    if you do change their weapon type (weapon motion type) then you have to decrease the delay to something more like kodachi's

    I know of the topic RoA and i checked it, there are complete, and working an solution. But dont know where to start now,

    I have the folling things on mine to do list:
    *Clan Server/Event Server at login,
    *Multiple server, i know i released the serverfiles, it works for me but ather servers have troubles with it
    *July Match Server features like TDME and Duel Mode,
    *Survival mode, got to killing one goblin and then a crash, dont ask how I did it, dont remaimber, old project of me. And wanna leave it for where it is
    *And Account items keep in Central Bank after the time limit runs out, or it wont count down.
    *And now Dual Daggers are added.

    I got survival mode working to an extent. It doesn't crash for me, but it gives me a timer that begins at like 94752 seconds. Maybe I'll look into it again at some other time, seems kinda useless right now though.

    The Code that i posted works, i test everything i post befor posting it,
    You would post it as DoubleKatana, Why?
    Because if you get the correct model.mrs it accually does WORK as dual Daggers.

    The animations exist people. Replace the taunt animation with the dual dagger and test. The client just calls them incorrectly.

    Well lets think about this. we want the attack, lunge, and wall post of the dagger, and have it look cool with dual daggers. So we want both daggers to do an action when we hit the fire key, block key, or secondary attack key. kodachies would work, but they would need to be renamed short swords or something, because in the game they wouldnt really be called dual daggers. So we need to edit the image for dual daggers to show up. Then in the game edit the animations and image to make sure the character holds the daggers when performing an action. This is hard but i promise you its 100% possible. I would explain more in depth and give you a better start but i dont have time.

    It's extremely easy to make dual daggers use the kodachi animations, it's a 5-second weapon.xml edit. The only thing is, it's just a stupid solution. They're basically useless versions of kodachis that way.

    exactly my point. Im not saying that it should be made using the koda's, im saying its 100% possible to make the dagger animations without using the kodachis. Using the koda's as a animatoim is just a cheap way to make short swords.So what im saying is its 100% absolutely possible to make dual daggers work without using the Kodachis animations.
