Every time I try to export a weapon,it says Python Script Error. Please help.

Re-install Blender and Python, Download the latest Exporter Script, Then try, Also it could be a lot of other problems so just Upload a Screenshot of the Python screen and you might get your solution.

You probably didnt add a Material or a Texture.
Also, be sure to select the thing befor exporting.

Check the CMD window that opens with Blender, aka the console.

Ok very easy fix, go and get Python 2.5.2 and then get Blender 2.48a and get the export and import scripts and put it into the scripts folder.
