You can't. Nobody has ever been able to crack an .elu file. Bad luck. You can only ''edit'' weapons.
Option 1 : Crack them and start learning how to make models
Option 2 : Start leanring how to make models and w8t for somone to crack them
Don't even bother with number 2, Legion said he "might" look into ELU files after the map compiler project but even if he does it will be months or even longer before you see a release.
Get used to making retextures for now or get busy cracking.
