Emisand's Gunz Admin Panel Change Account Rank Error

Hello, when I'm trying to change the Rank of the Account. I get this error:

Using JU13RN 1.5 Source. Any guidance on this? Thanks.

If you actually read the error then you'll see that whatever UGradeID you're trying to change it to is not present in the UserGrade table.

Okay, so all I have to do is to add the UGradeID to UserGrade Table and it will work?
