Okay So Today I Got My Gunz Server To Work On My Side But When I Zipped My Client And Sent It To My Friend The Server Name Doesnt Show Up So He Cant Connect
He Uses Win 7 ( Idk if thats why)

wow, ok 1st. its obv. and 2nd. you should try to debug yourself but mk...
here we go,
1st error could be in the system; system.xml change ip's to your ip
2nd error could be in your db; dbo.serverstatus make sure its the right ip
3rd error could be in server.ini,locator.ini, matchagent.xml, ip's could be wrong again
4th error could be you not portforwarding
5th error could be you have a modem (box) so all ip's are the same within that modem range
endless amount of things could be wrong when you don't help us to help you, make sure you post some extra info on your server so we can actually help.

nope wrong those dont have to do anything with that.
if they guy cant see probably either because not port-forward, his router isnt compatible, OR his internet ISP.

how do i figure out my port?
go to start>run>cmd and type in ipconfig and get your default gate way ip and put it in the url bar of firefox/explorer or what ever you use then check the ports.... (it might be complicated depending on your internet provider)
What is the IP in system.xml ??
Do you use Hamachi?

1. Make sure your IP is not set as 127.0.0.1 (that means you only)
1a. If it is 127.0.0.1 go to http://ipchicken.com/ for the correct IP
2. If the above is said in done then you need to forward your ports, there is a guide (use the search function)
3. after all the above are said and done and is done correctly and still no dice, then your IP cannot be accessed

the error you have listed as fifth is different from what I've listed as third, It's not the "Modem Box" it's the ISP
what ever man lulz ;P i can't run my server on my ip because my ip is the same on 4 of my computers .__. probably cuz i use a modem, thats why i have to use hamachi S:
Doubt it but then again can't say for sure, I have 3 computers on the same router and a Laptop and I never really tried to make mine public
1st : Download Hamachi .
2nd: Make a Network in Hamachi ( for example : your Gunz ), Check the IP you have under your Nick Name .
3rd : Write that IP Adress in system.xml and GuNZ Database.
4 : Give Your Friend the new System.mrs
5 : Tell your Friend to Download hamachi , and give him the Network Details : Network Name , password.
There you got. he might see the servers.
WARNING : IT WORKS ONLY IF YOU RE BOTH CONNECTED TO HAMACHI AND YOU RE BOTH IN THE SAME NETWORK.
