Check if the user & password are the correct from the sql and the db should be the same like the matchserver on server.ini and Locator/locator.ini
Config them good.
I test the jur13n files and work 100%.
1.Reconfigure your all the config from the server files.
2.Test with another web.
Like if Works :D
Wont work.
