Error on Matchserver.exe

I'm using kekku server files and I have error on the matchserver.exe look :

and when I'm trying to login its say "incorrect passwrod" and I typed the correct password why is it ?

ok heres my problem.. Okay,This Is my problem. First I downloaded <-- It worked good. Second I extracted it <-- worked good,Third I need to know How to Register on my server O.o and some help how to get It workin,But I get Errors every time i try to start up (MatchServer and Locator) on MatchServer it pops up a thing and it says *Connection failed:
*SQLState: '01000'
*SQL Server Error: 2
*[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]ConnectionOpen ( Connect()).
*Connection failed:
*SQLState:'08001'
*SQL Server Error: 17
*[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]SQL Server does not exist or denied.

So if you can help me out.. that whould make me happy Xd so please tell me how to fix it...or just send me a file of your GunzDB and stuff that i need to stuff to play like account also..
