Exporting a set

Ok so, In blender,
I try to export a set.(original ijji set not modified) and I get this error: "Global name 'file_objec' is not defined".
Then that set's elu's size drops down to about 15kb(originaly about 500-600kb). When I try to reimport it, I get this error:
"Struct.error: Unpack requires a string argument of length 32" on my python script.

Please help.

Blender stops exporting as soon as it encounters a Problem.
Thats why you get a small file that doesnt work.
