lol, I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with that. I think he just either didn't configure his config.xml, or he named something wrong in it. Make sure you put the proper database name, username, password, and its location (i.e. an IP of where you stored it).

enable mssql in php.ini
then download the ntwbdlib.dll from ~DN's tut on setting up a web.
