fetal error on the web

hello guys
please help me when i log any gunz site it tell me
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in C:\AppServ\www\include\config.php on line 18"

and i wrote all the informations right

to

extension=php_ming.dll
extension=php_mssql.dll

if you haven't done this.
