Filelist XML Generator

I tried downloading RoA's filelist generator from his thread but the attachment button doesn't seem to be working anymore (probably because the forum has been upgraded a bunch of times since then). Does anyone have that one or anything more recent?

I searched through Gunz Releases and here and couldn't find anything. It would be of great help.

PS: Yeah I tried the CRCGen someone posted but the code isn't in VS 2003 and I don't want to download a different VS just for this. :( sorry for being lazy.
