First Server..this download from the tutorial isnt there? and other questions

first off, the client url doesnt work, can smebody else upload it for me? also, the second two, what are thpse? and where can i get? are they like on my website host? do i even need a website host?

nvm im gonna use a differnet tutorial, but this tutorial describes how to make it work with hamachi, how do i make it so i dont need hamachi?

i cant find Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express on google or anywhere else. Can somebody give me a direct url? Because i cant find it..Also when i edited the launcher ,which one of my ips do i use?

no wonder i clicked wrong link last time :s anyways, when i edit the BR launcher, what ip do i put in? cuz i remember doing runescape private servers, and i needed my lan ip.

I put 127.01.0 forgot the rest, anyway i just copied the IP from the Guide.

now start the server and locator.
If there is nothing in the locator open your mssql studio. And place an 1 in the table ServerStatus on Opened
Start your client with the modded launcher and Login..
The attachment contains:
Empty patch.xml
Start.html and image for it. [Ripped from the orginal one]
Place the files in the right folders.
How to use the orginal Launcher.
