Foreign key problem

Well, sought help in Brazilian forums and found no solution, well, let's cut to the chase ..


I'm having trouble sending items from my "AdminCP" for the game, has an error of "FOREIGN" I can not solve for anything to happen .. so I came to ask help of you, follows attached the image of the error:

Foreign keys exists to keep the database consistency deleting it is a lazy fix and can cause problems in the future.
