FPS Limiter

Does anyone use this ; http://forum.ragezone.com/f245/fps-limiter-768371/ ?

If so, does it work for you? I downloaded the DLL file, hooked it on my own July 2008 runnable, created a text file called "fpslimit" and entered "300" in it. My FPS still seems to be 2000+ in-game.

Any solutions?
Oh and, don't ask me to use the runnable that he posted.

works for me. you need to create a FrameLimiter.text and put in the number of your fps do you want to change

or im gussing you need to download the hooked theduel because on it I saw things about the fps

yes it's need to be fpslimit.txt (my wrong)

in the fpslimit.txt you need to put the number of the fps do you want to change.
run the game and after minimize the game if you have FrameLimiter.log in the folder it's mean it's changed your fps. if you dont get the FrameLimiter.log in the folder it's failed or try other runnable.
