it doesnt realy mattter
4 gig ram + = 64 bit
less = 32 bit
32 would be more stable though
but a 4 gig ram vps would cost alot, and u wouldnt even need that much ram
anyways
vps's run on clusters
wich mostly have loads of ram like 28 gb or something
so obviously runs 64 bit
they just dedicate 2 gb ram or w/e to your part of the cluster that no1 else can use
so basiclu u cant even choose
the only way your would be able to choose would be a full dedicated server, where u can choose ur amount of ram, and then the bit version
but between the bit versions themself there is prertty much no diffrence besides ram limits
your company (frantech in this case) should give you the conection ip ( and password details and such )for you to login and take control of your vps in a email or something

yes, it should show a bar on the top with the ip you are connected to like this
you can simply this the x to close you connection to the vps, and the vps will still run fine doing its job after, ready to reconnect anytime

Make sure your ip is correct, the vps has open the ports you need

From my experience on Frantech , i don't know how to say it ><
1.No control panel
2.Uptime? 4 hours down / week
3.Laggy oO a lot of ddos comes to them
4.No support , you submit a ticket and wait idk maximum 1 day to answer ><
But the good thing it's that they have cheap prices >< 50$ for 2gb vps? it's pretty good ( i wonder how many nodes host they on 1 server ? )
tbh
i have a 2 gb ram vps for 30$ :P you propperly wont find any better
my server used ot be on vpsland for a few years, but they started to be gay so 1st move to franchtech, worked but didnt realy like it
so i found a other 1, wich i current love
anyways
be sure you pc is allowed to connect to a other pc/server by remote control
go to start, rightclick this pc, go to properties
go to settings for external connections
and make sure the option for it is checked, should be the 1st box if im right
it should be checked already though, but it might not be foryou for some unknown reason .... if you used a vps before though (from your pc with the windows you currently have installed) then ignore this
I use frantech the 25$ service, No problems with them, They respond and fix any problems ive had sofar,
You need to host with the vps and use the Vps's ip, should work.
tell them to turn there servers on lol
only reason if everything is right would be that they gave u the ip of a server that isnt active yet rofl
epic fail rofl
this whole topic is about the vps, he cant connect to his vps
anyways as i said before, if all your settings are right and you are sure you have the right ip
then frantech fails and doesnt have the server turned on or something else must be wrong then, from frantech
