im assuming by gfx rank you mean a custom UID?

you have to make it to that grade has staff powers, like Admin, dev, and hidden gm.

can't you use the custom ugradeid maker to make one then change the rank in the database to have powers? i've never tried it becuase i didn't really care about my other staff
