Got problems setting up my server

Well I started 2 days ago setting up my own pserver!
I'm now at a problem in the tut of ~dv need to unpack system.mrs but how can some1 tell me

You may mean ~DN, .... use the MRS De compiler/Compiler, for Packing and unpacking!!
for changing the hashes use a hash tab, Google it.

easy to unpack it. But some Client Gunz have protected system.mrs. So, you can unpack. @@

mrs.exe d system.mrs -> Use to unpack the file name system.mrs you can change any ***.mrs
mrs.exe c system -> Use to pack system is the name of folder
