Gunz connect issues even with hamachi

KK so i made the pserver followed everything clearly, but for some reason the server still wont show up - i used hamachi's ip. I have yet to use my ip yet becuz i wanted to test that i had setup everything right and used hamachis ip. Any ideas on how i could fix this?

F*** hamachi, put 127.0.0.1 in all the ip spots. ;D

nvm i managed to fix it, but i do have another issue, seems like i keep getting 999 ping to other players on my server, but they play with eachother fine. I did set my matchagent to all the right ips n etc. any ideas?

Put 127.0.0.1 in all of the spots in server.ini in the matchserver folder.

if that dosent fix it, leave this spot like this:

If that still dosen't fix it, you need to portforward.

Thx you were a great help - one VERYYYY last question, should i still be natting people even tho its no longer 999? and the pings fluxiate hard.

I'm not sure what you mean by natting. The MatchAgent is responsible for NAT & AE.

For the ping issue, it's probably either your hardware specs, how far the others are from you, or your internet connection speed.

If you get NAT to other people, but it's not 999 ping then it's just your or their internet, if you can still see them in-game then it's fine.

Getting NAT from other people is normal in GunZ.

Another Question - I tried setting up the auto update patcher or wteva and i keep getting this error
14:26:31:859 [ZUpdate] Start update.
14:26:31:859 [ZFileTransfer] Download file : ./patch.xml to ./patch.xml
14:26:40:109 [ZFileTransfer] ERROR : The server name or address could not be resolved

i made sure the ip's and address were correct when hex editing and etc. any ideas?

I've stopped my server because i couldnt get it to updating
Did that too still not fixed
