Gunz CRASH!?

When I roll down to the bottom of the shop,(under the electricity element)
It crashed!
It happened too when I finished a quest and got a Doll,I then went to equip and crashed.
I think it is due to the quest items.
Whats wrong with it?
Plz tell me thx.
