Is there any tutorial on how to make your gunz offline? not for debugging it.
But to create your own server but its OFFLINE? Possible?

Being an offline server, as in no one else is able to connect to it? Sure its possible.

Just change every WAMP IP address to localhost (127.0.0.1), as simple as that. If you did, however, have multiple people connected to your connection, say via a router, they could also play for testing and such.

In your Matchserver.ini , Locator.ini , Matchagent.xml or whatever . Make sure all the IP's are set to 127.0.0.1.

If you want someone to join your server privately , make sure you port forward the required ports then go back and assign your WAN IP to everything.
