Gunz.exe won't open for server

I am using Xiao's files and when ever we run the launcher Gunz doesn't open. We have named it to Gunz.exe, Theduel.exe, and theduel.exe. Can someone please come to my teamspeak @ 75.127.95.12 or PM or even post here what the problem may be.
