My gunz launcher does not update the mrs files when i use iis on windows server 2003.
when i use xampp's apache, it does update the mrs files just fine.
why dosn't it work on Windows Server? and is there anythin gthat i can do to MAKE it work?

Are you using the IP address of the url? Or are you using the domain name? (Inside of the GunZ launcher)Originally Posted by bloodywarcraft2

i'm glad you asked, i am using a domain name or url , NOT the ip address, the url just links to it.
so should i use the ip address instaid?
Run inetmgr.exe > Go to your Website > Right Click > Properties > HTTP Headers > Click on MIME Types > Add the following MIME Types:
Extension: .mrs
In the other box (Forgot what it's called), type : application/octet-stream
Extension: .exe
In the other box (Forgot what it's called), type : application/octet-stream
Extension: .dll
In the other box (Forgot what it's called), type : application/dynamicll
Add these 3 and restart IIS. It will work.
