    Everytime you edit something in the gunzweb -> GunzUpdate -> replace a file, you need to delete the patch.xml and redo ZPatchBuilder.exe.

    If that don't work probably your web host xxamp or wamp isn't on.

    isnt there something stupid you have to hex edit like mrs to *3 letters here* for it to load right if encrypted?

    Thats what i am guessing your issue is, use the search for further info

    Yes this is what had happened to me. Download xzeenon's patch builder and launcher > hex edit both. Search for 'mrs' and change it to 'zee'. Change only the first one's in both. Build a patch and you're ready to go.
