reason:
- Newbs would be like : "omgwtfhax i wan be in gunz2 and 3 sections lolwootomg ^^ soz for inglishc"

- Newbs will post massively spam just to reach the posts they need.

- Newbs will start PMing people to share their accounts with just to have access to those sections by sharing accounts with people who joined around 2007~2008

I cn do over 200 post per day and i cn easily reach the post limit in 2 or 3 days so itz a fail idea to judge people through there post count .
