check all your configs, system.xml <puting hastab in filelist, locator status.dbo, server status.dbo , opening files on server that is needed to be config

hmm port forward. And make sure u have a static ip.
go here:http://portforward.com/ and find your router.
Or if you have modem then make sure you got your ips corretly in system.xml and server files and in DB serverstatus.dbo
