    Gunz on 64bit

    Someone knows if gunz server work fine on windows server 2003 64 Bit??
    I have some error on MatchServer like this:

    hm I get that error when I changed my system with a modified my zitem and replaced it randomly xP

    that was on 32 bit tho

    Matchserver log:

    I have te same files working on test server (win server 32 bit) and work fine. I have both DSN created yet... I don't know what happening...

    You have to create a UserDSN in ODBC called whatever you have for the DNS part of server.ini

    I run a test server sometimes on Vista x64 so that isn't the problem your having.

    iam running 64 bit vista premium and i have no problems with gunz at all.

    but anyways. Mines on a 64 Bit... the only thing that happens to us is that our MatchServer sometimes closes at random o.o
    you need to get your facts right any windows os whitch has over 4 gb ram is 64 bit

    Thats not true, you can run a 32 bit windows on a 64 bit machine with more or less than 4gb ram.

    Yet again, you're proving your lack of intelligence; having 32-bit machines with over 4gb of RAM is easily possible, and if you don't have access to a 64-bit capable processor, that can be done quite easily.

    With Windows XP, you can setup any unutilized RAM as a RAM disk, store the pagefile on said device, then you accomplish the same as if the memory was natively supported. But, that's only one example.
