Have you tried using hamachi?

it does all the portforwarding for you

i used The files from The guide that max did i used all of that ... i mean i tryed every thing ive been trying to get some help but no one will try and help

yes, you need to enable Remote Connection if you want to host your website out from your game server.
you can find in Gunz Online forum how to enable the MSSQL Remote Connection.

One thing i can tell you that, the easiest way to get your webpage working especially register page ..... transfer your domain to your servers .... using free dns services / paid one ....

i use dnsexit.com and forward my domain.co.cc direct to server without expert, just register at dnsexit.com and use DNS Wizard to propagate your domain to your sever without need any help from hosting company ....

the when you have finish setup domain, you already have xampp install, then use xampp as your webpage .....

then your problem with mssql_connect suppose to settle ....
another thing, you need to download 1 dll file and replace your existing one with new one .....

i forgot what is the filename .... i got problem to login to my server ..

Thanks for your help guys, but I'm not too sure how to properly use XAMPP :/
