Gunz Registering page problem

When i try to load up my register page it gives me a error saying this..

Warning: odbc_connect() [function.odbc-connect]: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBMSLPCN]SQL Server does not exist or access denied., SQL state 08001 in SQLConnect in C:\AppServ\www\gunzindex.php  on line 23
Can't connect the MSSQL server.

Anyone know how to fix?

make sure your ODBC is correct and the webserver is correct

Well, i dont know how to make appserv connect to port w\e.. so.. yeah.. My first registering page worked but this wont dont.. odbc doesnt connect to it for some reason? =\.. and if i use wamp the stuff wont turn on its like bugged and if i do get that bugg fixed then my website"forums vbulletin" on appserv will be = disabled lol.
