Were taking Maiets (for gunz) work, and using it for our own profit.
Stole there files, etc.

@who ever started this, yes it is illegal in so many different ways.
But, the actual chance of getting sued is little to none.
Unless you are like Vitor[FR] who keeps their server up after several notices.

Basically by a rule of thumb, if you do not profit, or take away from legit servers profit, you will be fine, but once your making money (cough trinity cough) then you are going to be at the top of the list of getting in big copyright trouble on many fronts.
Just take donations for what you need, your vps or dedi, your webhost, and other costs of the server, never keep it for yourself

not realy depends on how popular you get and what hosting you get if you get a host that wont bale you out your fine :p
i always have looked as hosting stuff in the usa as a bad idea... it just seems more hosts from here get in trouble, but i bet its just me
(Thats why i pay 4 bucks extra for a premium package in the UK xD)
i can give u a better hosting but not realy you need offshore hosting (i pay 41$ for a 2 gb ram vps and no lagg and 100gb hd)

there hosted on a 64 gb ram dedi with a 1 gb port ive been useing the host for a month dosnt lagg at all so far

yes its really good i have a radio server gunz server and auto backups every 2 hours and + if anyone floods me all i have to do is contact the owner and he will get there hosts shut down
