hello ragezone....i have setted up my gunz server on my vps and when i try to play from my pc the server doesnt shows up!!....i've checked matchserver.ini , matchagent's xml and locator's config and sql too......everything is perfect!....please help!....thank you!

Set the serverstatus table in the database, made sure you're running the appropriate locator version (1.5 instead of 2008 and vice-versa), and actually set the proper locator/tlocator info?
If all else fails, modify the Hare locator source and use that; should work.
