If not, what are the best Windows VPS that can cost around $20 - $30 a month?

No. Frantech = Windows for $25 a month. 256 mb RAM.

No, on the mmo hosting. Its $25 for 256mb - 1gb burstable linux os systems only. And plus all the discounts people talk about, their are none, I even contacted them about it.

for gunz as of now request windows, we do not currently have an emulator based around mysql

incorrect, gunz is based off of mssql, which is impossible to use on linux

Then use shared mssql hosting(that was supposed to be in caps, but rz frowns upon such things and has them auto removed).

It's completely possible; the WINE wrapper has become extremely extensive over the past two years, finishing off porting major portions of the kernel, DX/D3D-compatibility, etc.

Wine cant run most d3d games, but Its possible to use ODBC[mssql] via unixODBC[mssql]. Some portions of the server I believe will not run on linux, not sure but I have to test before I say anything ;).
