GunzLauncher Problem

Okay so here's the problem. I'll make it simple and easy to read.

We are using 2008 files.

The launcher is connected to our update server.
It will download files that are new.
(i.e. I add a random text document)

It won't download files that I update in the update server.
(i.e. If I add models to model.mrs and add it to the update server, and build a new patch.xml, it will not update them)

Our MRS's are encrypted, do I need to do something to the ZPatchBuilder(Probably not) or GunzLauncher to make it work properly?

Just asking, did you run the launcher as admin?
