Hacking Attempt Detection on Grade 0

Does anybody have any idea about "Hacking attempt detection" on using Grade 0 (Normal)? I cant really figure out the problem. Used 4 different databases, 3 different sources, 2 different system.mrs, phoenix II client but still the same error.

Match Server logs isn't giving any detailed log about this. This is what I have in MS log:

ErrSQL( ), ErrCode( -1 )
ErrMsg - Invalid string or buffer length

EDIT: I figured out a hint for solution, it the the build problem. When I build the source with Vs1020, it gives the error. VS2003 builds work perfect without errors. Is it conversion problem?
