Hamachi only show's servers?

Only when I connect to a server that uses Hamachi I can get on.
Without Hamachi the server does not show.

Is that what Hamachi supposed to do?
I thought it was for Static IP addresses.

yes hamachi i would guess is designed for that... from what i know (correct me if i am wrong) it will allow computers that have blocked ports to use hamachi to connect

Hamachi is basically used for people who have Dynamic IP's who wanna host their server from home. Hamachi's IP remains static and hence allows people connect.

Hamachi is like a portal for you to connect to other people. like war craft 3 . there are forums that host's warcraft 3 servers. like in GGC or VLAN or KYO etc.

Thanks everyone who posted. I think I got a solution, It's kinda hard to test things that need two people in game.
