What ever password you assigned during sql server 2005 installation.

Try to google that errr to figure out and then go from there. There are more aolutios other than just re-install

Uninstall the program first. Uninstall SQl server studio management express, then sql server 2005. THEN go to program files and remove the microsoft sql server folder.

Then you can reinstall.

try go
Start ==> All Programs ==>Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ==>Configuration Tools ==> SQL Server Configuration Manager ==> Press SQL Server 2005 services ==> then click right to SQL Server (MSSQLSERVR) and press start
