edit session.save_path = C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/13
to
session.save_path = C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/

and restart Appserv.

I have same problem . I tried replacing .ini and downloading the .dll files anything what needed still getting this error . Tried many different webs but still no luck argh...
In my past years I have set up websites with no problems so I think it is related to this problem .

How to change the IP of Easy php

Right click in the Easy Php configuration > apache > and search for

127.0.0.1

Edit to your ip done.

because i dont think you did that ...
