[healp] ip change where?

i got my server running on 127.0.0.1 now i want to put it online for my friend.
so i went to www.WatIsMijnIP.nl and it said my ip was 213.73.199.1xx
so i went into sql and change the serverstatus table ip to 213.73.199.1xx i pressed execute and closed sql manager.

Client:

i unpacked the mrs in client. edited both ip's in system.xml the code is now:

i saved and run lactor.exe it said run1 dead 0


when i start gunz. it doesnt show the server. HELP? :)

Check if anything like antivirus / firewall / router / modem is blockign it.
