Hello, i got a problem, please read my post ( cant see my server in the login menu )

Hello everyone, i am new creating my own server from Gunz, i just have make a RF Online server, but i am trying to make a Gunz Server, and i got some question:

What is the requirements to make a Gunz server?
i put the server in my computer with hamachi, but it doesnt work, why?
i have following to many tutorials in internet and have downloaded too many DB and client,
but nothing apear to work for me.
i am paying a host, and i try to put the GunZServer there, but nothing work too,
i just want to know if someone could help me ? i made everything i can, and i cant see my server in login menu.

tip: i am using windows 7 64 bits and sql server 2008.

make sure you have putten in all the correct details in everywhere suck as: server.ini, agent config, locator.ini, dbo.locatorstatus, dbo.serverstatus, and ur system.xml in the client folder
