[Help] 2 Questions about LG gunz

Okay i finally got the server running using hamachi, got my friends to download hamachi, did the server up like that (my wireless router blocks them from connecting so i have to use hamachi) anyways my name in it is Tek but my friend says when i join a room it says "LGKeiz has joined the room"
anyway to remove that? (guessing it might be something either in the database or .xml file)

and my friend when were playing randomly crashes like we will be playing and yeah just closes gunz on him.
he's using vista so im guessing its the .exe he might be using? (because i remember on lg gunz there was something they had to use for vista people). anyway to fix this?
