Hahaha yeah Download Apache Install it Then Put It In Your Registrate Page Inside Your WWW folder Inside Apache But First Delete Everything Inside The Www Folder. On Then Go To Apache Something Folder Inside The Apache Folder Then Go To Bin And Run Monitor.exe Or Something Like That.
