Help APPSERVER

So Guys, I wanted a simple help, and could not get this error.
However, this error persists.
Emfim .. I set the right APPSERVER .. more when I restart the pc, have to be installing and uninstalling the APPSERVER works for him.
The error that is giving is this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect () in C: \ APPSERVER \ www \ config.php on line 2.
More is true that qdo vo renice the pc, i have to uninstall and install again pro APPSERVER works.

Now I wanted to know, as I could ta making this mistake?
