Dude, delete your previous patch.xml before you make a new one.

No you did not. Your patch.xml and patchlog shows it.
Do this: Delete the patch.xml from your Update folder -> Keep the files to be updated in the folder -> Run ZPatchBuilder.
Should work perfect.
