I don't think so, but you can do it manually (Not sure about this...)
Go to MSSQL> "Your Gunz Database"> Tables> Open dbo.Accounts> Change the UGradeID to 254

    fix : Go to MSSQL> "Your Gunz Database"> Tables> Open dbo.Accounts> Change the UGradeID to 253 <<

    254 is for developer
    253 is for banned accounts

why dont you just ban his IP? If he is a hacker, he might come back and hack again

    Re: [Help] Ban Commands

    yes it is possible
like grade 253 blocks @accountname from login
so just somehow you must block @ip from login

but i dont have any idea how do it.

    maybe look to
    [dbo].[spUpdateAccountUGrade]
    [dbo].[spGetLoginInfo]

in [dbo].[spUpdateAccountUGrade] make some grade like 252.... well idk much about sql scripting but i think u must make some IP block thing
