[help]cannot access server

hi,

i have a problem ,
i just released my v3 client before that everything was working fine .
But now i get this: Cannot access server .. can somone help me?

1- Take look if your ip changed. Look at server status table first. (On PC it's possible so ...)(Dynamic IP)
2- Take look if your someone at home as opened up the firewall.
3- Take look if your rooter wasn't reset (Check port forward ...)
4- Take look zitem.xml is same on client and server.
