[HELP] Cannot Access Server

Please people help I have been trying to fix this problem 2 weeks.
I made my server and I cannot access it :(
- I tried
~Turning off my firewall
~Changing all the IPs to 127.0.0.1
~Remaking server
~Removing Custom Maps
~Throwing my comp through the window O_O
Nothing worked.
But the strange thing is my server has no name. On the server select it has a server with no name, like this (0/50) but when i try to login a few times it changes to something weird like y<x31 l0l.

Yes, I did. In LocatorStatus.dbo and ServerStatus.dbo...

better use source if u using 1.5 or use phoenix's stuff for 2008 !

No im using 2005 files cuz I hate 1.5 and 2008 is buggy :S
