I tried to create a clan in mssql, but without sucess...
Look in the picture when I put the name of my character in MasterCID, it poup up this window:

MasterCID means the CHARACTER ID, not the name.

Well I put ID of character and created the clan, but in game the clan doesn't appear...how can I solve this?

Just use the spCreateClan proc to make a clan, don't put the values in the tables yourself.

All right, but how can I create a clan using spCreateClan [dbo], I found it in stored procedures, and now what I need to do? right click and select one option?
