[HELP]December 2005 Client
I have a new computer, which im hosting my server on, and I get that old glitch that they fixed in IGunZ a while ago where if your have more than 1 processor, (I have quad core), GunZ's physics glitch up. I can jump and not fall down, just hang there, and it overestimates friction to the point where I can't even walk. It's quite annoying, and I'm using the original Dec 2005 client with my own GunzDB, and the GunzServer that came with it, but I've modded it so heavily, I might as well call it my own. Here's what I don't want: You to tell me to use BR client or something stupid like that. I am sticking with IGunZ. I would just like to know if there's a modded Gunz.exe that has the processor glitch fix. LGGunZ uses the same client that I do, as far as I know, but they just modded thiers so heavily because they have debuggers and hex editors, or just got the modded Gunz.exe I am looking for. I don't have a launcher because I plan on making my own, I just want the Gunz.exe.

Re: [HELP]December 2005 Client
If this problem happens because of your cores then the only solution I see is to set the process of gunz to only use 1 or 2 cores. You can do this by opening taskmanager, right clicking the process and setting the affility or w.e to the cores u want. 2 downsides, you will have to do it every time, and u will lose the power of having 4 cores on that process.

Re: [HELP]December 2005 Client
Since I don't have Windows NT, my Windows installation did not come with imagecfg.exe. imagecfg.exe is a tool used to permanantly set the process affinity for any given file or filepath...NOT process name, so I can still use quad cores on the Gunz.exe of my ijji folder, but it has associated my private server's Gunz.exe with CPU00 using this batch file, and imagecfg.exe in the same folder.
imagecfg.exe -a 0x1 Gunz.exe
pause
This worked, as the process starts with affinity of CPU00 whenever it starts, but the problem still occurs. Any ideas? Thanks for that info SomePlayer, it got me googling for imagecfg.exe. Hope to see you and Hellish on my server. ^_^ At least the problem doesnt happen for you guys. XD
