[Help] editing

whenever I edit something it always comes out white:bomb: but I don't know how to fix it I tried downloading the rainbow dash then I replaced it with the normal sfx and this is how it came out ImageShack - Hosting :: gunz007hk3.jpg. I really need to know how to fix this.

did you update the filelist? (dont need to if you have a client with crc32 disabled)
