[Help] Fix exp

Yeah I was just wondering how do you fix the exp.
cuz everytime im on my server, a lower level kills me i loose exp and even sometimes dislevel.
and it does that to everyone on the server. whos a high level and dislevels lose exp from lower level.
Hope you can help me, ive tried the search button but didnt give me any info.

That's normal. But, Basically you want to make it so You or No One Looses EXP?

If you want to make it so You don't loose exp, You edit the amount of exp in the Database to a high number like 9999999 and then you shouldn't de-level for quite a wile. o-o

Do you have any pictures by any chance?
because im pretty confused on where to edit the amount of exp is in database
Or give me a tiny walkthrough to help me out easier.
Im sorry for the inconviene im just in that dumb mode right now.
and yea, i know its normal to loose exp after a certain level,
but everyone is now leaving my pserver all because everyone whos higher is dis leveling from the lower
levels. and they all get mad and tell me to fix it,

there is no fix, its cause you edited your DB, changed your level and didnt change the exp. I set my level to 30,000 and exp to max, still haven't de-leveled.
